How it Works:
Step 1: Detailed examination of your credit report
Once we obtain a copy of your credit reports (we can help with this if necessary), we will discuss your reports with you in detail to identify items that you feel are inaccurate or shouldn't belong altogether. Once we have this information, our staff enters it into our system.

Step 2: Strategy Implementations
After your credit profile is entered into our system, we will determine which credit repair strategy will work best for each disputed item and then begin the dispute process.

Step 3: During the Dispute Process
While the dispute is going on, you will be receiving items in the mail regarding your accounts. Anything that you receive will need to be forwarded to us via fax, mail or email. It is very important that we receive all written correspondence as it is crucial to our repair process. Also retain copies of for your records. Originals will be necessary if you ever have to proceed with a lawsuit.
During the dispute process, you can sit back and relax as we are doing every thing we can to fight for your rights.

Costs:
Our fees are split up into 4 monthly payments. We offer a 40% couple discount on the 2nd dispute if another person uses our credit repair services at the same time. For current pricing go to our online application.

An alternate payment plan can be arranged for up to 6 months for those with financial difficulties. Please call us if you need a reduced payment plan. (Income verification may be required)
In accordance with Federal law all fees are billed after work is completed. 1st payment is billed usually 3-5 days after sign up, assuming we have all of the required documentation on file.

Our Comprehensive Credit Repair Service includes: Credit Bureau Disputes - This is the most basic of the procedures and is generally the only method employed by our competitors. Debt Validation - After we receive the results from our initial disputes, we may be forced to go directly after the collection agency with our proprietary validation procedures. Statute of Limitations - We check your negative accounts to see if it is even legal for a collection agency to collect on it. Certified Mailings - We send all important documents out via certified mail to not only show the creditors that we are serious, but to also build our records in case of non response or compliance. Small Claims Record Keeping - We keep diligent records of our activities on your behalf. If we find that a Creditor, Collection Agency or the Credit Bureau themselves are in violation of the law, you will be able to use our records to file a law suit against them for damages.
